Variety Show- November Christmas Program- December Guys and Dolls Play- TBA Spring Concert- March District Music Festival- April State Music Festival- May North Central Honor Band/Choir- September Solo and Ensemble Concert- November Junior/ Senior Concerts- Coming Soon Great Falls Choral Festival- February District Music Festival - April 13- 14 State Solo/ Ensemble in Helena-May Graduation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YAY!!!!! Congrats to Fred Woelkers and Andrew Seitz for making All State Choir!!! Pep Band- All band members will perform with the pep band during pep assemblies and home games for boys and girls basketball. Dress will be Band Shirts, jeans, and tennis shoes. You must be seated and ready to play at the 5 minute mark of the last game or 30 mins prior to first game. We begin playing for 20 min. warm- ups. All band students will help take down equipment after half-time. Lettering Sectionals- Points vary depending on time spent. Ensemble Participation- 5 points for every 30 minutes of practice ouside of class time. 10 points for each performance. Concert Attendence- Turning in the program and a concert report form earns 5 points. Mass Participation- Students will recieve 5 points for participation in the choir or band. extra 5 points will be givin to any students who wish to lead the psalm or gospel acclamation. Ratings Reward- At District Music Festival, Solo and Ensemble students recieving an excellent rating will recieve 5 points and a superior rating 10 points. State solo and emsemble students recieving an excellnet rating will recieve 10 points or 15 for a superior rating. Students must recieve at least 180 points to letter and maintain a B+ average, will not have missed and concerts during 2007-2008 school year. You must maintain C average to remain in the music program |
